The company wanted to increase cross sell opportunities to its insurance policy holders. This was achieved using VDP (variable data printing) campaigns, where elements including (brand, images, quotes, copy and more) are personalised for each customer. These VDP campaigns targeted existing policy holders achieved 2-3% uptake and to new customers 0.5 to 1% uptake. 

I was also tasked to re-design our free offer mailings were sent to 8 unions and over 1 million mailings produced each year. The result was a more economical mailing pack that created more leads for the business. The response rates were between 16% and 24% on the  initial mailing.
