PREPAID CARD MARKETING CAMPAIGN (DESiGN AND MARKETING) 

Analysis showed that prepaid cardholders were not taking full advantage of the cashback offers available at major retails partners such as Sainsbury’s, M&S, Asda and more. Two months before the festive season, a personalised mailing with a wallet size guide was designed and sent to cardholders. An email teaser with an image of the guide was also designed and sent one week before distribution, another email reminder was sent 3 weeks before the festive season reminding cardholders how much they can save using the card at partner retailers. By the end of the festive season purchases at partner retailers had increased overall by 7%.
